Bewapass Support: We can provide technical support and advice, either via telephone or site visits for both end users and other service providers and we can supply equipment spares including RC-01 controllers, RC-02 controllers, IF-485 door interfaces, CNV-485 protocol converters, controller firmware and admin software.
We have full sets of installation and technical manuals and user guides in PDF format for the Bewapass Access Control Systems hardware and software.

We also have full software installation disks to download from our website if you need to re-install your Bewapass software.
